Hi! I’m Emily Mata, a Southern California based artist and comic creator, and the creator of Mira and Dewy’s Adventures. I’m the Vice President of Cartoonists Across America and the World, with nine years of experience creating comics through digital, watercolor, and graphite mediums. My work is rooted in character creation and visual storytelling, and I love using comics to share imaginative, joyful stories that connect with readers.
